Account Details: When you create an account we collect your full name, company name (if applicable), email address, phone number, street address, city, and country, along with a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Package & Quote Data: When you configure a package or generate a quote, we record the package tier, selected features, retainer choice, and pricing associated with that quote so we can follow up and, where relevant, invoice you.
Activity Records: We keep an internal log of account and quote-related events (e.g. account creation, quote generation, payment status changes) for bookkeeping, support, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Cookies: We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in to your account (or, for us, the admin console). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. See the cookie banner on this site for details.
2. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery: We use your information to create and manage your account, generate and track quotes, and communicate with you about your project.
Transactional Emails: We send account, quote-confirmation, and invoice-related emails through Resend, our transactional email provider. Only the minimum information needed to deliver these emails (your name and email address, and the quote details relevant to that email) is shared with Resend.
What We Don't Do: We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Where Your Data Is Stored
Hosting: Account, quote, and activity data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Access to this database and to our admin console is restricted to authorized L&M Digital Solutions CC personnel.
Retention: We retain your account and quote history for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet our legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion at any time — see "Your Rights" below.
4. Your Rights
Access & Correction: You can review your quote history at any time from your account dashboard. To request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to correct inaccurate information, contact us using the details below.
Deletion: You may request that we delete your account and associated data. We'll action verified deletion requests promptly, except where we're required to retain certain records (e.g. financial records tied to completed work) for legal or accounting reasons.
5. Security
Safeguards: Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, session tokens are signed and stored in httpOnly cookies, and all traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
Age Restriction: Our services are intended for businesses and individuals entering into commercial engagements with us, and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
Updates: We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
